As an executive committee, which has then filtered down to our main committee through our meetings and distribution of tasks, we decided on a 3 – 5 year plan. The reason for the flexibility is due to us having the opportunity to re-adjust some of our milestones when appropriate. This is mainly focused on the improved provision of our minis section, increasing our number of children as well as increasing the number of adult players within our current squads.
