12. I'm already a member but I'm not getting any communication from the website?


There could be a number of reasons why you're not receiving anything from the club.

Have you checked that you've confirmed your email after registration?
- go to your email inbox and your spam folder

Have you checked that you've allowed notifications from the club?
- log on to the website www.haveringhockeyclub.com
- go to settings
- go to email preferences
- tick the box for club communications (and any other messages you'd like to receive).
